Qualcomm FSM (Femtocell Station Modem)
Fresh from the oven (at least I write this post after I read it :p )
FSM (Femtocell Station Modem) Chipset was introduced by Qualcomm as it’s new Technology portfolio this day (February 16th 2009) on Mobile Word Congress in Barcelona. This chipset will enable broadband speeds 3GPP HSPA+ besides CDMA2000 (including 1x and EV DO Rev. A. and Rev. B).
The chipsets also will feature innovative techniques addressing the issue of interference between femtocells and the macro network. Sampling is currently scheduled for the second quarter of 2010. (source: Qualcomm news release)

This information I filched from Qualcomm official website:
